It seems every week we are talking about how much is changing and rearranging in our lives and the mind wants to know when will it stop! If we take the hawks view from high in the sky (the observers perch) we can see the bigger patterns that are behind, in front and all around us, constructing the storm we are engulfed in.
We can soar above the chaos with our imagination and activate our third eye (pineal gland) for a completely different experience with conscious focus. This perspective helps so much and when we combine it with grounding techniques, meditation, laughter, etc., - relief and a calm centeredness can be ours.
One of my great mentors, Stephanie Azaria, said this about this week:
“Imagine you're scheduled for surgery (figuratively) this week, in the midst of all these storms and… we're under anesthesia (courtesy of the Saturn Neptune connection), and doctors of the highest order are performing an upgrade to the mind.”
I absolutely love this analogy as it speaks to the segment of the Big Picture Process we are currently in the middle of.
With the Moon in Aquarius today, allow yourself extra space for remembering that Love is the only thing that is real. If you are not loving to yourself, others will not be able to authentically give you what you are missing. It is an inside job, it always has been and always will be. Allow others to be where they are, continue to remember that the only one you can change is yourself. By shifting your energy, your world that reflects back to you will also. The Moon will be in the Void from 7:09 PM tonight - CDT, until tomorrow at 5:54 PM. Voids are like the eye of a storm, quiet and deep and designed for inner reflection and integration, it's a gift!
Venus, the heart center energy, will be harmonizing with Pluto in the evening and even more so with Uranus tomorrow evening. We can feel these frequencies throughout the day, when we breath into our heart center.
The lower mind is very busy… still attempting to get us to believe and empower fearful thoughts and solutions we attempt to find from there… will just not work. So enter your heart space and breathe your way through. The space between the inhale and the exhale is the still point where we can find peace… go there as much as you can to lighten up!
