This is New Moon is a wonderful energy for us to begin something new… Its like February is the true beginning of 2016.
The Sun and the Moon join at 19 degrees Aquarius at 8:40 AM CDT this morning, so utilize the next 24 to 48 hours to plant seeds and set intentions for this new cycle. If you know where this degree falls in your astrological birth chart, setting your new intentions in alignment with that house or hour, will aid you tremendously and enhance a natural unfolding in the flow.
Aquarius is about our uniqueness, how we are different as individuals and where we discover our authentic, genius-self. So it involves Self-Love at the core. At the same time Aquarius is all about our connection to group consciousness, community and humanity. Uranus is the ruler of this New Moon and brilliant downloads and out of the box thinking are prevalent… visions of the future can pop up easily.
Saturn and Uranus are in a harmonious relationship to this New Moon in the form of sextiles. This means resources and opportunities show up and it’s up to us to take advantage of these auspicious and most likely, surprising shifts and open doors. Saturn brings supportive energy to build structures that have some sturdiness and strength, so we aren’t just dealing with ‘Pie in the Sky’ thinking.
We are still feeling the waves and currents of the radical changes from the Pluto/Uranus square. Although this aspect is officially finished… they are only one degree apart. Mercury will re-enter Aquarius this Saturday and finish with his shadow on Sunday… this could feel like we just woke back up from a weird dream that’s been carrying on since before Christmas!
We can encounter a refreshing sense of ease, making it easier to embrace the changes. These new starts can be pleasantly surprising in how they manifest.
Mars challenges this New Moon and that can impact our drive and our physical bodies. This energy is helping us to build some physiological and physical muscle, so we have the strength necessary to trigger right choices and productive actions.
Jupiter’s conjunction with the North Node in Virgo is bringing attention to how we can construct daily habits that will support better health, a more organized daily ability to manage details and a realignment of our lives with our Souls’s destiny.
The Aquarius New Moon is encouraging us to shine our unique light and to find our sense of connection to community and our human family.
Ask yourself these questions for greater clarification:
Am I truly loving to myself?
What daily habits can I change or enhance for greater self-acceptance?
Am I willing to see my unique brilliance and how can I share it?
Where and how can I connect to community that supports my ‘newness’?
