Right around 10 AM, the Capricorn Moon trines the Taurus Sun bringing some earthy balance to the beginning of our day. Goals and practical plans get a boost, especially if we take the time to center ourselves 1st and listen for our inner voice to lead the way.
The Moon then connects to a retrograde Mars with a semisextile, just an hour later and we might feel a strong need to push forward and act swiftly. The retrograde will support small steps instead of big leaps. Long-range tactics combined with networking will be a wise choice.
A lunar sextile to Neptune at 4:57 PM can really bring an artistic flare and creative sensitivity to what ever you are taking on late in the day.
Then after dinner, the Taurus Sun will quincunx (incunjunct) the retrograde Mars in Sagittarius, which can be experienced as some form of tension or friction. It’s where our need for stability rubs up against our need for adventure and freedom. Mars is on his inner journey right now and our need to take action can feel thwarted in some way. This is really a better time to complete actions that were initiated in the past, while we see what else comes to light during the retrograde. If your energy gets a bit stuck, any form of exercise will help it to move.
We end the evening with an earth trine between the Moon and Jupiter and this can help bring the events of the day into a benevolent perspective that just feels good. Enjoy.
