Before the Sun comes up, we have an Aquarius Moon that invites us to dip into our altruistic nature and look at things objectively. In cosmic Astrology, Aquarius must learn the meaning of Self-Love to authentically be of service to others. There is always a hint of experimentation - free from the concerns of what others think about us, when revolutionary Aquarius appears.
By 10:29 PM, the Taurus Sun and the Aquarius Moon will form a square stepping-stone that could bring us a challenge of sorts. The opportunity here is to step up to this challenge … how do we balance and blend the Sun energy in stable, conservative, rooted Taurus, with the Moon in unconventional, progressive, futuristic Aquarius.
It is easy to feel the stress created between these energies as we can see it reflected in our current political process. Both signs are fixed and can be stubborn. We need to focus on solutions and not about being right.
At 7:36 PM, Venus will enter her home sign of Taurus. Venus leaves the fires of Aries, where she recently joined Uranus and stirred up many a spark. Here in Taurus, she will want to relax and slow the pace a bit... tasting every morsel with a heightened sense of pleasure. Stability and rootedness, along with a deep appreciation of nature and beauty… this is where she will want to lead us. She syncs with the strong retrograde pace.
Lets make sure this stimulates activities like creative projects, gardening, music, the arts and sensual connections. Taurus, in a more unconscious state… can get complacent and grab the remote in couch potato form. Thats fine from time to time - as long as it doesn't become the dominate focus and we loose sight of the big picture that offers so much.
Let’s choose what will enhance the quality of our lives with reverence for authentic beauty.
