The Capricorn Moon squares Uranus in Aries at 11:45 AM and we could find someone (or ourselves) having unexpected responses, or a initiating a sudden change of course. The grounded, goal oriented Capricorn quality can be tripped up by the impulsive and lightning quick Aries fire.
Leadership can be challenged by rebellion.
Venus in Aries and Jupiter in Virgo tango (1:08 PM) in a way that can agitate or exaggerate some self indulgence, so stick to moderation and enjoy the simple pleasures without excess.
The Big News:
So here we are at Mercury’s second retrograde of 2016, which begins at 12:20 CDT at 23 degrees Taurus and will last until May 22nd. There are many reasons that make this a very unique one. First, it tips the scales, as we now have 5 retrograde planets (Mercury, Jupiter, Saturn, Mars and Pluto) and this has not happened in over a Decade! When there is this much cosmic energy in retrograde motion, inner work will dominate. This does not mean we can’t get anything done… but it does indicate that pushing forward to keep deadlines will not work very well. It would do us all some good to look at the cycles of nature and realize there is an ebb and flow to everything.
Mercury will be out of his post shadow phase by the end of the 1st week of June and he will stay in Taurus the entire time. Taurus is the sign of Venus and in Cosmic Astrology, this represents our ability to listen to our inner voice. Tuning in becomes paramount.
The Universal Divine Timing is slowing the pace for one main purpose right now. We need to integrate all the shifts and changes and that means we need to spend more reflective time.
It’s the Re - themes; Redo, rethink, remodel, remember, re-evaluate, revision, rework, reconsider, reinvent, release, remove and… well, you get the idea.
We are immersed in a recalibration, realignment process as a collective that is extraordinarily powerful and it’s just impossible right now to know what all that will look like on the other side. We just need to trust the process and remember how important it is to start our days with centering and periodic grounding throughout our days and nights. Keeping an active sense of humor will make the ride smoother... as always.
